Snatched PDX

This policy applies to all customers/clients who book services with SnatchedPDX and is required to be read & accepted when booking your appointment: ♡ DEPOSIT: Your deposits will now process online for easier scheduling. Every treatment up to 60 minutes will require a $25 deposit. Each treatment that is 61+ minutes will require a $50 deposit. ♡ CONSENT FORM REQUIRED: Once your appointment has been booked, you will see a “to do before your appointment” in which an external link will be available. This will bring you to the consent form that needs to be completed prior to your appointment. ♡ ARRIVAL: When your appointment is booked, you will receive a text message with parking information. Please do not walk in or knock. Text or DM SnatchedPDX when you arrive & you will be granted entry. ♡ PAYMENT: Cash is always preferred when paying a local business owner; However, SnatchedPDX accepts ApplePay, Venmo & Cashapp. ♡ RUNNING LATE: SnatchedPDX allows a 10 minute grace period (which will cut into your session time). Once 11+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. ♡ RESCHEDULE: Clients cannot cancel an appointment but you may reschedule if you provide at least 48 hours notice prior to the appointment. Failure to do so before the 48 hour window, will result in your deposit being forfeited & a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Any appointment rescheduled before the 48 hours, will be credited towards the rescheduled session as normal. ♡ NO-SHOW: If a client fails to show up for the scheduled service without PRIOR notice, the deposit is forfeited & you will be automatically blocked from booking again. If you are blocked & want to rebook, you will need to reach out directly and discuss a plan to move forward. ♡ CANCELLATION: SnatchedPDX reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
